Staff and Student Transport

Unlike one-off hire, regular transport is a service carried out every day at the same times, on the same routes and over a long period. Its success therefore depends on the right route design, punctuality and continuity.

Staff shuttles

Staff shuttle planning takes into account where employees live, the location of the workplace, shift start and end times, and weekend and public holiday working patterns. Routes are designed so that employees are collected as quickly as possible from stops within reasonable walking distance.

Shift transport

In factories and production facilities, shift change times are usually fixed and exact. Shift shuttles take into account night hours, overlapping shift changes and the need for flexibility in case of overtime.

Student transport

Because of student safety, school transport is subject to special regulations. Vehicle equipment, escort staff and the necessary permits are determined according to these regulations. The scope of the service and the documents required are assessed in detail together with the institution.

Term contracts

Regular transport is usually provided under monthly, term or annual contracts. The contract should clearly state the routes, list of stops, working days, the procedure if a vehicle is replaced and the conditions for price updates.
