An accurate, realistic quote starts with the right information. On this page we explain which information we ask for and why, how your request is assessed and what happens after you confirm.
Basic information needed for a quote

| Date and time | To check vehicle and driver availability and to take traffic and seasonal conditions into account. |
| Number of passengers | To determine the right vehicle class and number of vehicles. |
| Pick-up and destination | To calculate the total distance and travel time. |
| Stops on the way | To see how additional pick-up or drop-off points affect the duration. |
| One way / round trip | To plan the vehicle’s empty return or waiting time. |
| Waiting time | To calculate how long the vehicle will be engaged during your programme. |
| Luggage and special needs | To make sure there is enough luggage space as well as enough seats. |
What if the details are not final?
You can enter estimates for details that are not yet final, for example “about 40–45 people” or “return around 23:00”. The quote is prepared on the basis of these estimates and can be updated as details become clear. However, major changes to the number of passengers or the route may change the vehicle class and the price.
The quote process step by step
- Your request is received: Requests sent via the form, phone or WhatsApp are recorded; requests from the form receive a reference number.
- Missing details are confirmed: If any information that affects the quote is missing, we contact you.
- The quote is prepared: The vehicle option, the price and its scope (what is and is not included) are sent to you in writing.
- Confirmation and planning: When you confirm the quote, the date and vehicle are scheduled; payment and change conditions are finalised at this stage.
- Information before travel: Shortly before the journey, the vehicle and driver contact details are shared.
