Questions you may have

What information do you need for a quote?
The date and time, number of passengers, pick-up and destination, whether it is one way or a round trip, any stops, waiting time and luggage. If your details are not final, you can also request a quote with estimates.
Why aren’t prices shown on the website?
The price of vehicle hire with driver depends on distance, duration, date, vehicle class, waiting time and extra costs, so a single list price would be misleading. A written quote prepared from your details shows the real cost.
How soon will I receive a quote?
Once your request is received, the details are reviewed; if anything is missing, we contact you. Response time varies with the scope of the request and how busy we are. For urgent requests we recommend calling us.
Are the driver and fuel included in the price?
With chauffeured hire, the driver and fuel are usually included. Whether items such as motorway, bridge and parking fees and the driver’s costs on overnight programmes are included is stated separately in the quote.
What if the date or number of passengers changes after booking?
Please let us know about changes as soon as possible. Big changes in passenger numbers may change the vehicle class. Change and cancellation conditions are set out in the quote and contract.
